Hits to Healing (H2H)  is a transformative non-profit that promotes health equity and disseminates up to date health data by reaching, teaching, and connecting (RTC) our most marginalized communities with personal connections and transparent authenticity. 

By fostering communication between healthcare entities and the patients they serve through the universal language of music, H2H empowers the community via patient advocacy, preventive care, communal support, lifestyle options, and trustworthy health information – using music as a beacon of hope, self discovery, and support.
